Love the flavors Allmax offers. Orange, iced tea, blue raspberry, grape… I’ve had them all and I loved them all. I drink one of these first thing in the morning to rev up my metabolism (at least that’s what I think I’m doing) and then usually have one around 2:30pm at work when I get hungry for something sweet and I’m feeling a little sluggish. They’re not very expensive and they’re much better than a soda or a lot of other drink options, so it’s a pretty good choice.
Can take two scoops at once and use as a pre workout. I’ve done that and it’s pretty good. But I work out at night, so I usually take a non stim preworkout. *
