Flavor is good. I just started using this one so I can't really tell if I can feel "pump" at the moment..... I will give it another week and see how it works. I noticed it makes me sweat more than normal, but that is my reaction to most of the pre workouts. Overall it isn't bad product.*

Bought on a bogo sale and although it does the trick and taste good, the packaging is misleading. You need 3 heaping scoops to get the nutritional profile it shows on the front of packaging. So 50 servings is more like 17..*
