During the summer cut phase my joints got super dry and stiff causing me annoying morning pains in the right shoulder area. Animal Flex improved my mobility in just 1 week of taking 3 packs per day (am, noon, pm). I also started getting more confident in my incline bench press what allowed for 2 more reps in each set due to excellent lubrication and soothing of the joints. I did not increase the weights in my sets, just the reps as I was still undergoing the healing process. The pills are easy to swallow and come in handy packs that contain all the goodies that sore joints may require to recover. I might consider the powder form next time as opening the packs became a pain in the neck after 2 weeks of usage. Still highly recommended.*
