There are
a lot of people nowadays that attend different gyms all around
the world and all of them have one purpose in mind, to build up
their muscles and body. It does not matter if you do it because
you want to be healthier or you do it because you want to be more
attractive (most of the time is the combination of both), the
important thing is that you do it frequently.
It is important
that you understand that muscles and body building is a discipline
which should be followed strictly, you should understand that
you will not see positive body building results any time soon
unless you really commit yourself to the cause. Now, I am not
talking about working out 4 or 5 hours per day for the rest of
your life, by commitment I mean 1 or 2 hours 4 times per week,
thats not much, is it?
With only
that small amount of time you can get the body you have always
wanted, and you will be able to enjoy from a much healthier life,
which in the end, proves to be much more important than just looking
hotter. Muscles and body building will allow you to enjoy life
a little bit more, not only because you will enjoy a boost of
attention from the opposite sex, but rather because you will feel
much better once you start becoming a healthier individual.
Now, for muscles
and body building itself; first of all you will need to set up
a routine which to follow for 1 or 2 hours 4 times per week. Within
this body building exercise routine it is very important that
you work a different part of your body per day. You should start
each day with some cardio training, and after that you should
focus on one different area of your body on each training day;
the areas of the body are as follow: the upper body building area:
the arms, shoulders, chest and back; and the lower body building
area: legs and buttocks. The upper area can be categorized per
body part, which means that one day during your body building
routine you will work out your arms, other day you will work out
your shoulders, and yet another different day you will work out
your chest.
If you follow
a constant exercise routine, your muscle and body building efforts
will be handsomely rewarded.
