Haven't been using it long, but the rainbow ice flavor is excellent. Mixes well too, unlike what some other reviewers said. I put ice in the Shaker first, then the mix, then water. Dissolves quickly after a few shakes. I look forward to enjoying this in the morning and evening. Hopefully it will help shed some pounds as my frequent exercise is road and trail cycling.*

I honestly dunno if it’s doing anything to help burn fat… I know that I have to drink a lot of nasty shit all day and a scoop of this sweet magic helps it all go down easier. It’s cheap and who knows, maybe it’s giving me a bit of an assist with the fat burning? *

Been taking this for several months now, twice a day. Taste is good. Doesn't always mix well, clumpy sometimes. Lost 14 lbs year to date with exercise and diet. Think this has helped, but it's not a magic elixir. Still need to put in the work and be disciplined.*
