Macros are great, but the taste is not good. I haven't bought it in a long time (basically since shortly after it was released), and I hoped they improved on the flavor, but they didn't. The very first batch I received when it first released was amazing, but ever since then, the taste has not been good. Wish they would fix it or go back to what they started with.*

I’ve been using BPI Sports ISO HD for a while now, and it’s one of the cleanest whey isolate proteins I’ve tried. The powder mixes easily with water or almond milk without clumping, and it has a smooth texture compared to other isolates I’ve used. The flavors are solid—sweet but not overly heavy—and don’t leave a chalky aftertaste.
Nutritionally, I really like that it’s low-carb, low-fat, and high in protein, which makes it great for anyone cutting weight or trying to hit high protein goals without the extra calories. I also appreciate that it digests easily and doesn’t cause bloating, which has been an issue for me with some other protein powders.

This protein is very easy to mix. The vanilla cookie flavor is good but almost closer to a caramel. Normally I like a more bland taste with the vanilla, just a personal preference. I look forward to trying the chocolate flavor. I've been bodybuilding for 17 years now....I've tried a lot of protein powders and this is definitely in the elite category. Give it a try!*
