Been wanting to try the new ingredient in this that's not straight caffeine, Paraxanthine. I like it. Read online some people with ADHD can fall asleep from it. So I was curious how it would affect me. 300 mg of caffeine is too much for me, I don't like that before working out. But 300 mg of this Efinity/Paraxanthine is not like 300 mg of Caffeine at least for me. I will say I felt really clear and some energy. But after my workout I could have went to bed and went to sleep if I wanted to. No increased heart rate. If anything I may have gotten some of the quieting down the mind effects. I saw a video and this girl said this is what it's like before taking Paraxanthine, it was noise and chaos, and after taking it was like complete zen silence, lol. I will purchase again. Bottom line: It's worth a try. You get some clean energy and it's probably not going to keep you up all night like caffeine. I will continue to pick it up when it's on sale.*
