It does do a good job of getting me to sleep about 30 minutes after taking it, but I will wake up a few hours later and can't get back to sleep. I'm not seeing any difference as far as the fat burning is concerned. Unfortunately I purchased three bottles, so I will continue to use the product. If my results improve, I will revise my review.*

I only take 1/2 the dose (1 pill rather than 2). The 1/2 dose of melatonin helps deep sleep throughout the night and I wake up without feeling bloated and full from the day before.*

Not sure it helps with fat loss as long as I have used maybe time for adding and or stopping use. Does however deff increase that resting metabolism or so it feels. Almost feel body using every ounce I give when not moving.*

Sleep wise will deff do that. I have not been using long enough to feel full results. Other than in the morning I feel my body has burned all of what I are for dinner night before. Hope to see if there is more results as time goes on.*
