Usually I wait about 90 days to rate a product, but with this, I noticed a drastic change in temperament/persona immediately. Obviously I'm using this for muscle building, recovery, stamina, etc. but it improved my persona/psychological immediately. In a very impressive way. I was very sceptical at first, but thought I would try this. I’m 59 and have a reasonable amount of muscle. During the month of Ramadan, fasting makes me lose a fair bit of strength and muscle mass. However this month I’m pleased to say this product has allowed me to sleep better and lose maybe 10-15% only.
This will be a must have product from now on. *

This product helped me with sleep to an extent. I definitely had to take it before bed rather than before lifting because it almost made my muscles too relaxed, which I don't prefer when lifting. I was not super impressed with the product but it's worth a shot.*

So far seems to be pretty decent. I only take it at night before bed time and have noticed my sleep to be a little better and sleeping deeper. So if that helps with natural HGH production then good deep sleep is what I need.*
