Can't go wrong, getting 7 eggs down in a scoop of powder easy for a quick shake . Fruity Cereal is good! The salted Carmel needs to be blended, if not be ready to brush the caramel chunks out of your teeth.*

Great flavor and mix ability in water, cream of rice, and Chex cereal. With age my lactose intolerance has gotten worse. I use Proven Egg or Vega protein powder to counter it. I'll only use powders a few times a week and on vacations. Proven Egg is a solid fit for those times.*

Salted caramel is by far my favorite flavor and has the least after taste, since I am sensitive to after tastes. Mixes great as both a shake in almond milk, or also in plain yogurt.*

This is my favorite flavor. It's the most versatile. I mix it with two cups of rice crispy cereal for my pre-workout meal and use it for my night cap protein brownie. I'm lactose intolerant. No gut issues with this protein whatsoever.*
