First time trying this, we had tried the old version of Lipo 6 nearly a decade ago and hoped this worked as well. Have just been taking it about 10 days, but you can feel it working. Body heats up and get a boost of energy. I do notice a decrease in hunger/ appetite. *

This has helped lower my cravings. I take one in the morning (7am), and I'm not hungry till around 5-6pm. I'm also not starving, or feeling fatigued, I do combine it with the nightime version, this added with regular exercise has me seeing results I haven't seen in months.*
