While both flavors are a little rough, I prefer wild cherry. But as far as performance, it's hard to beat Anadrox . It is my goto for my pre-workout weight loss combo*

Ive used plenty of pre-workout products. I gave this 3 stars because i feel it's just that,ok. Doesn't truly get me amped up but does add a little "get up". However the flavor is TERRIBLE! Should have stuck with apples and cinnamon. That fireblast is nasty. If you're new to pre-workout supps then this is probably ok. WAIT for a different flavor.*
