This form of magnesium is very gentle on my already oversensitive stomach and intestines. Having dozens of other supps in my protocol and frequently experiencing the unpleasant intestinal resection the glycinate offers me very good absorption and relaxation. Super gut friendly for me, which is one of my priorities.
