Can't get these in UK so seeing these I ordered 2 bottles, they are perfect for autism and adhd as our brains don't make enough melatonin to help us sleep. They help, don't make me feel drugged up when I awake, can still nip to the loo in middle of the night.
Took 2 weeks delivery, passed customs and the 2 weeks delivery was actually down to the courier service in UK.*
