These are amazing, I have to take them as I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago and have difficulty digesting certain foods. These tablets mean I can eat relatively normally without acid reflux or indigestion.*

My expectations were set really high after reading all the comments. I haven't noticed a massive difference but I think it does speed up digestion to some degree. I will be able to better comment on its performance once my caloric intake goes beyond the 5k-5.5k kcal mark after which point I usually have no appetite. I will make another comment then. This however is a big thing, especially if you are bulking. Also, it helps with gasses so if you have a partner, this might be a plus for you also.*

Very effective. Start slowly. I got my Dad to try these after his gallbladder was removed ( he refuses to take medicine or supplements) and he said he wishes he tried sooner because he feels so much better. I take mine for slow digestion and bloating and can't go without now. Great quality and the enzymes are strong.*

Usually after a good meal i have to wait 3h before i can start my workout, otherwise i am still full and that's uncomfortable.
I can train only on empty stomach. This stuff accelerate digesting and now i need max 2h and i am empty and prepared. That's awesome, thank you so much*
