Tastes pretty good. It takes a little extra stirring to blend up but it does fully blend up. I feel it helps recovery, after using it for a little over a week now. Got it on a sale so the price was right. Overall worth a try if you're looking for something like this.*

Blueberry was spot on and pineapple was a real sweet treat. Both work real good at adding extra bcaa's and recovery. I recover quicker and feel like I'm already putting on extra mass.*
