My Rule 1 when it comes to protein is that if it’s too chalky it will probably taste chalky..No exceptions here..very weak flavor and very difficult for the protein to dissolve with a shaker. One and done for me.*

Casein protein over all is to thick and flavor never have been to good, but this one is affordable and all the flavors i tried i think vanilla is the best, i take it before bed to feed muscles during sleep time*

Excellent choice for the price. Most brands are unreasonably expensive. I buy my casein when M&S has a sale and the price is right. Rule 1 casein does not mix quite as easily as some of the more expensive brands, but who cares!*
