BSN Syntha-6 has been one of my steady go-to proteins for a long time. It mixes smooth whether I’m using milk or water, no clumps, no chalky aftertaste, none of that nonsense. The flavor is honestly one of the better ones out there, which makes it a lot easier to stay consistent with.
Yeah, it runs a little higher on price, but when you catch it on sale it’s a solid deal. And most importantly, it does exactly what you expect a good protein to do. If someone asked me for a dependable, great-tasting option, I’d recommend Syntha-6 without hesitation.*

A decent clean protein. Not as effective in mass gain as some others I have used (such as Muscletech) but its moderate caloric count makes it ideal for mixing in other ingredients. The Chocolate Milkshake flavor doesnt seem as good as it was several years ago (more cocoa-like than chocolatey).*

Im a little nostalgic when it comes to BSN Products as it was one of the first companies i discovered in High School many moons ago. So maybe a im a bit bias because i feel youthful when i use their products. But i do enjoy their protein, it doesnt leave a brick feeling in my stomach and feels right after a heavy leg day quenching my muscles.*
