Breakfast
is the most important meal of the day because it gives you the
energy to start your day and perform your activities. Breakfast
is even more important for those who are quite active for eg exercising,
body building, sports as it gives your body the necessary nutrients
when you first wake up. Breakfast and nutrition go hand in hand.
If you skip breakfast, your nutrition isn't complete. Having a
healthy and enough copious breakfast meal is important and not
just nibbling on low quality food like in 1 minute. This isn't
a good breakfast. A proper breakfast should preferably include
cereals like oatmeal, cornflakes, wheetabix with milk plus eggs,
fruits or juice.
A healthy
lifestyle includes breakfast because this means you take care
of your body and feed it properly. If you go to work without eating
in the morning, you'll get hungry during working time. And what
you'll do is usually snack on something real quick. This is not
good nutrition. For athletes and those who do weight training,
proper breakfast is fundamental because if you have to train in
the morning or even in the afternoon, your body already receive
the nutrients to fuel your workouts or training.
So don't miss
breakfast. You just need to spare a little of your time to prepare
it. And it doesn't take hours. Taking a few minutes to prepare
a healthy breakfast meal will also make you more disciplined and
will give you a good routine everyday.
